Flio Terms of Use

By downloading or using Flio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Flio is operated by Nguyen Thanh Cong. Contact: cong.mimo@gmail.com.

1. The service

Flio is a personal income and expense tracking tool. Flio is not a banking service, nor financial, tax or investment advice. Figures, statistics and suggestions in the app are for reference only.

2. Accounts

• You can use guest mode or sign in with Apple/Google. Guest data is tied to your device and may be lost if you delete the app; create an account to back it up.
• You are responsible for activity in your account and must provide accurate information.
• You must be at least 13 years old.

3. Free and PRO plans

• The Free plan has limits (for example number of wallets, history range, daily AI requests). Limits may change.
• The PRO plan unlocks the advanced features described in the app.
• PRO trial: eligible real accounts get a 7-day trial, once per account. When it ends, the account returns to Free unless you subscribe to PRO.
• When moving to Free, wallets beyond the limit may become read-only. Your data is not deleted.

4. Payment and renewal

• PRO is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription at the price shown in the app before you confirm the purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play) account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next one.
• Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions) or Google Play. Deleting the app or your Flio account does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Your data

Data you enter belongs to you. You grant us the right to store and process it solely to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy. You can delete your data or account at any time in the app; accounts are permanently deleted after 3 days.

6. Acceptable use

You must not: use the service for unlawful purposes; attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the system; use automation to abuse AI features or trials; copy or reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law.

7. AI features

AI features may extract transactions or suggest categories incorrectly. Please review results before saving. We are not responsible for financial decisions based on them.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Flio in the previous 12 months. Please keep your own records of important data.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing that, by the competent courts of Vietnam.
